Nvidia stock closed at $216.00 on Monday, October 26, 2026, rising by $5.04 or 2.39 percent after trading within a range of $212.61 to $217.75. The stock further traded at $217.70 during premarket trading at 9:10 am ET on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. This market movement followed a rebound from Friday's close of $210.96, which marked the lowest level in 20 sessions.

The recent market recovery was driven by Anthropic releasing its IPO filing, which revived the artificial intelligence trade, alongside SpaceX closing a $40 billion debt package reported by the Financial Times to fund Nvidia graphics processing units. Elon Musk stated that the debt was secured for graphics processing units arriving in the first half of 2027, although the supplier was not named in his post. Additionally, Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom indicated non-binding interest in acquiring up to $5.0 billion of Meta common stock, which was priced at $625 a share on October 27.

Despite the sector-wide rally, market worries remain regarding data center power constraints, chipmaking capacity, and competitor advancements. Analysts note reference levels at $190 below and $243 above, while Morgan Stanley holds a target of $300 and the StockAnalysis average target stands at $328.95. Fiscal third-quarter results are anticipated in mid-November 2026.
